Clem's Fish Restaurants were first opened at Spennymoor in 1954 by
Jane and Clem Oxenham, with Clem lending his christian name to
the business title. The family run business now operates throughout
the North East, locations at Sunderland, Shildon, Chester le Street,
Bishop Auckland and at Spennymoor.
